Frank Graber

April 7, 1934 - July 5, 2011

Mr. Frank Graber. age 78, husband of Sheila Graber, and a resident of Bragg Road in Columbia passed away at his residence on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 following an extended illness.

A private Memorial Service will be held by the family. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of the arrangements.

A native of Missouri, he was the son of the late Herbert Graber and the late Maria Romaniski Graber. Following graduation from college, he served as a police officer for the Hayward California Police Department. Mr. Graber was a straight forward, no frills, type of individual. He was a member of the Retired Police Association, Eagle Squad for the Hayward Police Department and was involved with Civil Defense. He will truly be missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his wife, he left behind to cherish his memory two daughters: Debra (Gene) Slate of Auburn, WA and Darcy Gerhart (Wayne) Auburn also of Auburn, WA; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two daughters: Victoria Graber and Denise Walker; and his aunt, Cassy Weir.
