Caden Patrick Faun

Caden Patrick Faun, infant son of Jennifer E. Altman and Shannon J. Faun passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin.


In addition to his parents, Caden is survived by brother, Brandon Faun of Columbia; grandparents, Timothy and Janice Altman of Spring Hill, Jim and Deborah Hanna of Columbia; loving aunts and uncles, Michael, Casey, Tamara, Jason, Elizabeth and Jessica. A private memorial service for Caden will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to Janice Altman in care of Heritage Funeral Home, 609 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401 for a tree to be planted in memory of Caden.
