Gary Allen White

January 31, 1941 - January 5, 2012

Mr. Gary Allen White, age 70, and a resident of Paul Drive in Columbia passed away at Signature Healthcare in Columbia on Thursday, January 5, 2012.

Mr. White’s family will have a Memorial Service for him on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 7 PM at the Galaxy Bowling Center in Columbia, TN. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Mr. White was born in Eaton Rapids, Michigan to the late Roland White and Marian Harkness. After high school he was in the Army and served in Ft. Bragg during the mid 60’s. He later became a truck driver which included working for Kamp’s Pallet Co. in Charlotte, MI and was a member of the Eagles Lodge. He was an avid bowler and he loved motocycles. Gary’s personality extended to playing the guitar, he liked to sing, and was outgoing. His family stated; “he loved his family and he liked getting together with us.”

Some of many that will miss Gary include his two children from Arizona; his son Gary Allen White, Jr. and his daughter Michelle (Dave) Cook, two siblings; his brother Terry (Janet) Southwick of Mason, MI, and his sister; Kay (David) Reglin of Lansing, MI; his niece, Karen (Randy) Cook along with four grandchildren.

In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald White.
