Mr. William Michael Belcher, age 66, husband of June Belcher, and a resident of Stonecrest Drive in Columbia, TN passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at his residence.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 1, 2012 in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home with Randy Owens officiating. Entombment will follow at the Maury Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 3:00 – 8:00 PM and again on Sunday at 1:00 PM. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Belcher is a native of Middle Tennessee. He was born to the late Ollis J. Belcher (Father) and the late Nina Jane (Harlin) Belcher White (Mother). He was the owner of Belcher Supply Company and was the former owner of Nashville Sheet Metal Supply. His hobbies and past interest included golf, bowling, old cars, and hunting. His church affiliation was Church of Christ and his membership was at West 7th Street Church of Christ. He was a family man and he loved his nine grandchildren.

In addition to his wife June; Mr. Belcher is survived by his son, Timothy Wayne (Tonya) Belcher of Phoenix, AZ; two step-daughters, Laurie (Ryan) Finney of Greenbrier, TN and Jenny (Cory) Jones of Dallas, TX; one brother, Jimmy (Leah) Belcher of Apple Valley, CA; one sister, Patty Reynolds of Apple Valley, CA; one sister-in-law, Rose (Ed) Todd and one brother-in-law Mike (Kathy) Burris; nine grandchildren, Victoria, Bradison, Teagan, Colby, Tori, Wesley, Daphne, Brinkley, and Gavin; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents; Mr. Belcher was preceded in death by his first wife, Janis E. Belcher.

Pallbearers will be Mike Burris, Ed Todd, Ryan Finney, Cory Jones, Doug Faulkner, and Brandon Lee.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Kessler’s Sunday School Class.
