Lillian M. Johnson Pedersen

Mrs. Lillian Johnson Pedersen, age 70 and wife of Stanley Pedersen, of Mount Pleasant died Friday, March 30, 2012, at Signature Healthcare in Columbia.


Memorial services will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, April 1, 2012 in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home - Columbia is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mrs. Pedersen was born to the late Elizabeth Cortis. She enjoyed being a care giver and helping people. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and was involved in the pantry ministry as well as the VBS and nursery ministries.

In addition to her husband, Stanley; Mrs. Pedersen is survived by one step-daughter Diana Johnson of Columbia, TN; one daughter: Robin Rondeau of Holyoke, MA; one son: Kevin Tibbetts of Cheshire MA; three grandchildren: Stephen Johnson, Sr., Brian Johnson, and Ben Johnson all of Columbia, TN and four grandchildren of MA; and two great grandchildren: Summer Johnson and Stephen Johnson, Jr. both of Mt. Pleasant and two great grandchildren of MA.
