Jayantilal Patel

Jayantilal Patel, age 64, husband of Shardaben Patel, and a resident of Shadowbrook Drive in Columbia, TN passed away at his residence on Monday, April 9, 2012.

A Visitation and Service will be held for Mr. Patel on Thursday, April 12th from 9am until 11am. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Patel was born in Vidaj Kadi N.G. India. He worked at Graham Enterprise, Inc in Mundelein, IL.

Survivors include his mother: Menaben (Umeddas) Patel; wife: Shardaben (Madhavdas) Patel; 3 sons: Bharat (Shilpaben) Patel, Amit (Minaxiben) Patel, and Ashish Patel, all of Columbia; 1 daughter: Rasvanti (Vipulkumar) Patel of Columbia; One brother: Sureshkumar (Gitaben) Patel of East Brunswick, NJ; 2 sisters: Babuben (Jayantilal) Patel of Khavad Kadi, N.G. India, and Anandiben (Dhanjibhai) Patel of Columbia; 5 grandchildren: Rishhi, Jal, Ravi, Om, Veer; Nieces and nephews: Ashmita, Mitesh, Raksha, Dipti, Suresh, Manish, Hetal.

Mr. Patel was preceded in death by his father, Atmaramdas Shankardas Patel.
