Elizabeth Harper

April 16, 1929 - April 13, 2012

Elizabeth “Liz” (Nannie) Harper, age 82 and a resident of Ivanora Drive in Spring Hill, TN passed away Friday April 13, 2012 at her residence.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday April 21, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel and a visitation one hour prior to the service with Corky French officiating. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of the arrangements.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Elizabeth was the daughter of the late Joseph Frank McWright and Lily Mai (Coats) McWright. She was a former employee of General Electric where she was an electrical engineer. She loved her family especially her children and grandchildren and her companion, the family lab, Moe. She was known for adopting anyone who came through the door and tried to feed everyone her Triple Fudge Cake and Homemade Fudge. Elizabeth had no fear and lived her life to the fullest.

She is survived by a son: Peter James (Reba) Harper Jr. of Hartwell, GA; a daughter: Theresa Harper Willis of Spring Hill; four grandchildren: Lisa (Jay) Fetner of Atlanta, GA, Missy Doss of Atlanta, GA, Corey Willis of Brentwood, TN, and Kyle Willis of South Bend, IN; and four great grandchildren: Christopher Fetner, Austin Fetner, Gage Doss, and Gavin Whealer all of Atlanta, GA.
