Edward Elton Heyd

June 3, 1952 - July 29, 2012

Edward Heyd, age 60 and a resident of Lynnville, Tennessee passed away July 29, 2012 at his residence.

The family will celebrate his life privately. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of arrangements.
Born on June 3, 1952 in Reed City, Michigan, Edward was the son of the late Elton Edward Heyd and the late Leona Helen Pope.  Edward worked in parts manufacturing for the auto industry and was affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Ed loved life and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Edward is survived by his wife: Thyra Heyd of Lynnville, TN; daughter: Stephanie Wood of Lynnville, TN; four brothers: Fred (Trish) Heyd of Marion, MI, Keith Heyd of Lubbock, TX, Roy (Joanna) Heyd of Texas, Don (Linda) Heyd of Blackwell, OK, Gary Heyd of Tustin, MI; two sisters: Kay (Jimmy) Massey of Cadillac, MI, Betty Hayter of Tustin, MI; four grandchildren: Nicole Wood, Caleb Wood, Emily Wood, and Alyssa Wood.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sisters: Bonnie, Marjorie, and Emma.
