Lovie "Ann" Audalee Dehnel

Lovie “Ann” Audalee Dehnel, age 84, and a resident of Brentwood, TN passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Life Care Center in Columbia.

The family will celebrate her life with services in Bellville, Texas at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of arrangements.

Lovie was born in Mountain Home, Arkansas on January 6, 1928. She was the daughter of the late Robert Cecil and Cora Lawhorn Trivitt. She later moved to Texas where she attended St. John Lutheran Church in Bellville, TX. Her loving family described her as being “the best mom and "Granny" in the world.”

She is survived by two daughters: Christina (John) Laiche of Brentwood, TN, Shirley (Johnnie) Ottmer of Cat Springs, TX; two sons: Michael (Phyllis) Campbell of Cleveland, TX, Kenneth (Marsha) Campbell of Bowie, TX; sister: Betty McAlister of Bellville, TX; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and one great-great- grandchild.

In addition to her parents, Lovie is preceded in death in heaven by her husband, Leon Dehnel; daughter, Donna Jean Campbell; son, Tommy Lee Campbell; great-grandsons, Justin Craig Engeling and Philip Stuart; brother in law, Max McAlister & eleven brothers; and one sister.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to your local Hospice or the American Cancer Society, in her memory.
