Helen Matheny

July 18, 1956 - January 23, 2013

Mrs. Helen Louise Matheny, age 57, and a resident of Summertown, TN passed away Wednesday morning, January 23, 2013 at her residence.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of the arrangements.

Helen was born in Michigan and was the daughter of the late Erin Hendricks and Mattie Lee Burgy. She was a homemaker. Helen will be remembered by being a very loving wife and mother.

Helen is survived by her husband of 33 years, Rodger Matheny of Summertown, TN; Son: Wayne Diviney of Lawrenceburg, TN; Sisters: Jean (Ray) Dillingham of MI, and Sue Pierce of MI.

Along with her parents, Helen was preceded in death by a sister, Jo Golden.
