Sharon Kay Falconbury

September 19, 1945 - January 29, 2013

Sharon Falconbury, age 67, and a resident of Mt. Pleasant passed away, Tuesday morning, January 29, 2013 at her residence.

Services will be conducted Saturday at 2:00 PM from the Grace Church of the Nazarene, officiated by Rev. Mark Lindstrom and Rev. Gene Shelton.  The family will receive friends for visitation from 12:00 noon until the service hour. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Sharon was born on September 19, 1945 in Anderson, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Orville Francis and Eva Jane Fite Roach. She attended Grace Church of the Nazarene. She was a Christian who was strong in her faith. Sharon loved the country and animals, especially Tennessee Walking Horses, dogs, and cats. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend to others, and had a loving soul.

She is survived by her daughter, Jessica (Chris) Woods of Mt. Pleasant, TN; brother, Edward “Ed” (Rita) Roach of Indiana; grandchildren: Kaitlyn Ashley Falconbury, Savannah Nichole Moore, Gracierose Gabriella McNabb, Tonya Renee Woods, Amanda Paige Woods, Timothy Paul Bouchard- Woods; one great-grandchild, Jameson Tanner Woods; and former husband: Thomas D. Falconbury.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her in-laws Darrell and Jane Falconbury.
