Franklin Thompson

February 10, 1944 - May 9, 2013

Mr. Franklin Thompson, age 69, husband of Donna Williams Thompson, a resident of Lynnville, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service for Mr. Thompson will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 7:00 PM in the Hunter Room of Heritage Funeral Home with Ronnie Thomas officiating. The family will also visit with friends on Tuesday two hours prior to the service. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of arrangements.

Born in Norfolk, VA on February 10, 1944, Franklin was the son of the late John R. and Ethel Cook Thompson. He worked as a lab technician for Union Carbide and Hoeganaes. He enjoyed fishing and grilling out.

In addition to his wife his is survived by a son: Danny Thompson of Eagleville, TN; three brothers: John R. (Peggy) Thompson, Jr. of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Robert “Bob” Thompson of Columbia, Roy (Pat) Thompson of Columbia; and sister: Sue Capps of Norfolk, VA.
