Kristine Freeman

February 15, 1950 - August 31, 2013

Kristine Freeman, age 63, wife of John Douglas Freeman, a resident of Columbia, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Kristine’s family will celebrate her life with private services at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born in Battle Creek, MI on February 15, 1950, Kristine was the daughter of the late Gerald and Janet Nannen Wilson. She worked as an operation tech at General Motors. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, cooking, as well as working around the house and watching soap operas. Above all else, Kristine loved her grandchildren and her dogs. She will be deeply missed by all her family and everyone who knew her.

In addition to her husband, she leaves behind to cherish her memory her son: Dale (Jessica) Villarreal of Converse, Texas; daughter: Michelle (John) Comparoni of Lake Orion, Michigan; brother: Dale Wilson; four grandchildren: Dale J. Villarreal II, Katrina Villarreal, Joshua Villarreal, Jaeda Villarreal; and her in-laws: Lowell W. Freeman and T. Doreen Freeman of Medway, Massachusetts.
