Bruce Ferguson

Mr. Bruce Ferguson, age 76, husband of Gayle Ingram Ferguson and a resident of Franklin, passed away Wednesday morning, July 8, 2015 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 10 at 2PM at Historic Franklin Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be held from 12 noon until the 2PM service at the church with burial to follow at a later date in Harris Cemetery in West Paducah, KY. Heritage Funeral Home of Franklin is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born in Illinois, Bruce was the son of the late Corbett and Katie Maud Ferguson. He was the owner and operator of Bruce's Heat and Air in Oklahoma. A veteran of the Army, he attended Franklin Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Franklin. Bruce was also a member and past Exhalted Ruler of the Elks Lodge of Boca Raton, Florida, Lodge #2166.
In addition to his wife, Bruce is survived by, Daughters: Sarah Ferguson Noonan, Laurie Ferguson Norman, and Julia Ferguson Fariello; Brother: Charles William Ferguson; Sister: Jacqueline Smith; and Grandchildren: Mandy, Mitch, Jocelyn, Jessica, Avery, Ryan, and Reagan.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James Rhey Ferguson and sister, Gwendolyn Meadows.
