Joseph Robert Jones

June 10, 1945 - April 14, 2018

Joseph Robert Jones, age 72, a resident of Revilo, peacefully passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at his residence.

Joe was an Air Force Veteran and a member of the 101st Airborne. He was retired from Penski Logistics in Baltimore, Maryland where he was a truck driver, driver trainer, mechanic and all around Jack of all Trades.  He was a member of the Zoo Crew of WLX Radio Station of Lawrenceburg where he was also known as "Revilo Joe"

He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife: Shirley Jones of Leoma, TN; daughters: Sharon (Chris) Stilling of Baltimore, MD, Robin (Charlie) Bougher of Baltimore, MD, Jennifer Smith of Baltimore, MD, Sarah (Andrew) Maxwell of Arnold, MD; son: Ben (Deanna) Jones of Glen Burnie, MD; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his aunt: Barbara Jones of Randallstown, MD; cousin: Jennett Echard of Randallstown, MD; step mother: Tony Davis of Leoma, TN; sisters: Margaret Davis of South Carolina, Joanne Davis of South Carolina, Mary Davis of Leoma, TN; brothers: Billy Davis of Eldersburg, MD, Mathew Davis of Perry Hall, MD, John Davis of Texas, Redd Morris of Ohio, Robert Morris of Florida; and special friend: Sandy Johnson of Forrest Hill, MD.

He was predeceased by his father Bill Davis and his mother Mary Francis Davis.

Memorial services will be at Bible Truth Ministries, 2364 Springer Rd, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464 on Friday, April 20, 2018 from 3:00pm -5:00pm and from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
