Marva Wright

October 18, 1925 - March 12, 2018

Marva Wright, age 92, a resident of Everyman Court in Columbia, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018 at her residence.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 3PM at First Assembly of God in Columbia, TN with Pastor Jeremy Songer officiating. A visitation will also be held on Saturday from 1-3PM at the church. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Rose Hills Memorial Gardens in Whittier, CA. Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia, TN is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on October 18, 1925 in Oregon, Marva was the daughter of the late Calvin Umenhoffer and the late Emma Sutter Umenhoffer. She attended First Assembly of God in Columbia, TN. Marva enjoyed spending time with her family and dearly loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. One of her biggest hobbies was crocheting.

She is survived by her sons: Larry (Carrie) Wright, Leland Ray (Linda) Wright, Ricky Wright; daughters: Diana (Fred) Bighorse, Janet (Don) Draiss; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leland Wright.
