William Michael Vaughn

January 11, 1996 - February 15, 2018

Michael Vaughn, age 22, a resident of Columbia, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at TriStar Spring Hill ER.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday at 2PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Points officiating. Burial will follow in Maury Memorial Gardens. A visitation will also be held on Sunday from 11AM-2PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on January 11, 1996 in Nashville, Michael was the son of William Charles (Judy) Vaughn, Jr. and Kimberly (Luis Apolinar) Clark. A great sense of humor, Michael was a hard worker who had a heart of gold. He loved his family, but was particularly protective over his sisters, nieces, and nephews. Michael was an avid Tennessee Titans fan who enjoyed playing video games and hanging out with his many friends.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son: Adrian Kenneth Harmon; siblings: Courtney (Rico) Arriaga of Columbia, Ashley (Hector) Reyes of Lewisburg, Ashlie Anderson of Lavergne, Amber (TJ McNatt) Anderson of Lavergne, Stevie Anderson of Murfreesboro; paternal grandparents: Linda & Craig Potts of Murfreesboro; aunt: Lisa Richards of Murfreesboro; nieces and nephews: Maria, Liliana, Cristian, Giovanni, Juanita, Alexia, Cason, Agustina, and Brooklyn; and very special friend: Binky McKissack.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Peggy & Jessie Clark; and paternal grandfather: William Charles Vaughn, Sr.

Pallbearers will be: TJ McNatt, Michael Staggs, Raymond Locke, Luis Apolinar, Stevie Anderson, and Shane Holt.
