Barbara Breedlove

June 30, 1942 - December 30, 2017

Barbara Breedlove, 75, of Columbia, TN, went home to be with the Lord on December 30, 2017.  She was born June 30, 1942 in Norfolk, VA, the daughter of the late, Allen and Gladys McNair.

Barbara loved the Lord and her family.  She was also a hard worker.

She is survived by her daughters, Becky Dawson and husband Terry of Culleoka, TN, Sarah Seagraves of Columbia, TN; brother, James Shelton Ange Jr. and wife, Janie; sisters, Joyce Whitaker, Nellie Parks and husband, Ray, Peggy Hufton and husband, Tom; grandson, Brent Harden and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Howard Cleveland Seagraves, Jr.; brothers, Bobby and Freddy McNair, John Ange and sisters, Carolyn Chappell and June Ange.

A funeral service, officiated by the Rev. Elvis Anderson, will be held 2 pm Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia.

The family will receive friends 6 – 8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Gaston Memorial Park.
