Bernadette M Walsh

Bernadette M. Walsh, age 77, a resident of Culleoka, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at a later date and will be announced later by Heritage Funeral Home.

Born March 17, 1940 in New York City, NY, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Nora O’Conner Howard and wife of Michael Walsh. She was a registered nurse who worked for hospitals throughout the area and retired from Marshall Medical Center in Lewisburg after seven years. She loved to paint pictures, crochet blankets and quilts and made her children’s clothes. She was of the Catholic faith and attended St Johns Catholic Church in Lawrenceburg.

Along with her loving husband, she is survived by her three daughters: Patricia (Matthew) Land of Burlison, TN, Katherine (David) Negron of Issaquah, WA and Bernadette (Joe) Pflug of Lafayette, CO.; brother: Dennis Howard of Brookside, NJ; sisters: Nadine Gallo of Hadley, MA and Frances Rapport of Rush, NY; grandchildren: Ashley Negron, Noah Negron, Tony Negron, Jacqueline Land and Allison Pflug; great grandchild: Scarlett Land.
