Timothy Waggoner

May 31, 1949 - December 10, 2017

Mr. Timothy Waggoner, age 68, husband of Billie Waggoner, and a resident of Culleoka, passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Unity Medical Center in Manchester.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 4PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Points officiating. A visitation will also be held on Thursday from 3-4PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on May 31, 1949 in Freetown, Indiana, Timothy was the son of the late Lawrence Waggoner and the late Faye Hunter Waggoner. He was an animal lover who enjoyed fishing, doing yard work, and watching old western movies.

In addition to his wife, Billie of 23 years, he is survived by his children: Diana (Gilbert) Prosser of Culleoka, Donna Stevenson of Columbus, IN, Robert Pope of Columbus, IN; nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and siblings: Sharon Ogle, Betty Smith, David (Cara) Waggoner, Annette Kimberlin, Keith Waggoner all of Columbus, IN, Lonnie (Margaret) Waggoner of North Vernon, IN; and seventeen nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Mary Carmer, Geneva Holsapple, Jackie Waggoner, Lawrence Waggoner, Jr., Stephen Waggoner, Alan Waggoner, William Waggoner, Mark Waggoner; great granddaughter: Mataly Nelson; and nephew: David Waggoner, Jr.
