Andrea Jean Hastman, age 59, a resident of Shelbyville, TN, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at her residence.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 6 , 2017 at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124. Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia, TN is assisting the family with local arrangements.

Born on May 25, 1958 in Cleveland, OH, Andrea was the daughter of the late Leo Andrew Hastman and the late Shirley Harris Hastman. She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in New Orleans, LA. During her lifetime, Andrea loved and raised two amazing sons, she also loved animals, cats being her favorite. She enjoyed crafts and traveling. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her sons: Christopher Paul Bergeron (Teresa) of GA and Jonathan Patrick Bergeron (Whitney) of Spring Hill, TN. sisters: Karen Sue Hartfield (James), Deanna Joan Blank (Ferrell) and Gretchen Ann Nestler all of LA, grandchildren: Olivia, Jameson and Oliver
