Patricia Ann Wright

Patricia Ann Wright, age 73, a resident of Cornersville, passed away Sunday morning, September 17, 2017 at her residence.

A gathering with family and friends will begin at 2:00 PM with a celebration of life service beginning at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Patricia’s home: 103 N. Mulberry Street, Cornersville, TN 37047. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on February 2, 1944 in Dothan, AL, Patricia was the daughter of the late Clifford Wright and the late Sadie Walden Wright. She was one of the first one hundred at the Saturn plant in Spring Hill and worked there until she retired from General Motors in 2003. She was a devoted Christian woman who attended Life Song Family Church in Lewisburg. Patricia loved going to auctions, estate sales, and garage sales. Above all, she was a giving person who would open her home and heart to anyone who needed anything.

She is survived by her husband: Gerald Hutchins of Cornersville; daughters: Madonna Metcalfe (Jodi Morgan) of Columbia, Deangela Osmon (Shane Stephens) of Columbia, Kristina (Randall) Lowell-Felske of Spring Hill; siblings: Hazel Hutchins of GA, Shirley Cox of AL, Robert (Gloria) Wright of AL, Sheila (David) Cleveland of MS, Darlene Palmer of Cornersville; grandchildren: Nichole, Zachary, Brianna, Joshua, Miranda, and Royce; six great grandchildren; and her Rat Terrier: Sassy.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister: Joyce Murphy.
