Trevor RaShad Armstrong, age 22, a resident of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 17, 2017 in Williamson County.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2PM at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with Minister Richard Woodson and Rev. Donald L. Coney, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Wilkes-Campground Cemetery in Culleoka. A visitation will also be held on Friday from 6-8PM at Heritage Funeral Home and on Saturday from 1-2PM at the church. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on January 23, 1995 in Columbia, Trevor was the son of Jamie Dawayne Armstrong and Tonya Nicole Hunt. He was a graduate of Columbia Central High School and a member of True Vine Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed riding his bike, four wheeling, and fishing. Trevor also enjoyed spending time on the river as well as making bonfires. He enjoyed listening to music and playing video games. He loved his family, especially his brother, Trenton, and his daughter, Tinslee Rai'el Armstrong.
In addition to his daughter and parents, he leaves behind to cherish his memory his brother: Trenton Dawayne Armstrong; sisters: Zhana Armstrong, Ariana Armstrong; and grandparents: Julia Ann Moore and Frankie Lee Armstrong; girlfriend of seven years: McKenzie Ragsdale; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother: Mary Virginia Hunt; grandfathers: Desoto Hunt, Jr. and Willie Turrentine; and uncle: Timothy T. Hunt.
