Mrs. Margaret L. Marsh, age 74, resident of Columbia, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro.

A memorial mass will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, August 19th at St Catherine Catholic Church with Father Davis Chackalecke

Mrs. Margaret L. Marsh, age 74, resident of Columbia, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro.

A memorial mass will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, August 19th at St. Catherine Catholic Church with Father Davis Chackaleckel, M.S.F.S. officiating. The family will visit with friends from 1:00 PM until the service time on Saturday at the church. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born November 15, 1942 in Rice Lake, WI, she was the daughter of the late Oswald and Agnes Richter Hegenbarth and the wife of William “Bill” Marsh. She worked as a cashier for Farm and Fleet in Sturtevent, WI. Her hobbies included crocheting and knitting baby blankets for St. Catherine baby baptismal, lap blankets for the senior citizens, and she was a wonderful cook.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons: Greg (Jennifer) Marsh of Arrington, Neil (Beverly) Marsh of Orlando, FL and Jason (Sabrina) Marsh of Racine, MI; brothers; Joe Hegenbarth and Oswald “Ozzy” (Erma) Hegenbarth; sisters: Agnes Brueggen, Alice (John) Bauer and Bernadette Hazelwood; grandchildren: Peyton, Gavin, Aric, Chris, Victoria, Onna and Xander Marsh. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Mary Koehle and Betty Ann Hegenbarth; brothers-in-law: Ben Koehler and Arnold Brueggen.

The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations made be made to St. Catherine Catholic Church, 3019 Cayce Lane, Columbia, TN 38401. l, M.S.F.S. officiating.
