Clarence Reece Turnage, age 37, a resident of Lewisburg, passed away August 3, 2017 unexpectedly at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 6th at 2PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Bro. Rick Points officiating. Burial will follow in Rock Springs Cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 4-8PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Bubba was born in Maury County on December 30, 1979 and was the son of Deborah Tinsley Dean and late Willie Thomas Turnage. He graduated from Columbia Central High School in 1997. Bubba’s career was with Dole Refrigeration in Lewisburg. He was very good at working with mechanics. He enjoyed fishing and grilling out, but above all, he loved spending time with his children being a wonderful father.
Along with his mother, he is survived by his fiancé, Megan Black; Sons: Noah Reece Turnage and Elijah James Turnage; Daughter: Sarah Marie Turnage; Brother: Bruce Wayne Turnage; Sister: Michelle Lee Gray; Aunt: Wanda Gail Pikin; Niece: Samaria Raign Owens; and Nephews: Isaiah Benard Gray and Abel Deshyne Gray.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his brother: Chad Thomas Turnage.
Pallbearers will be Maynard A. Lewis, Joseph Gentry, Jeffrey Davis, Matthew Hoffer, Abel Gray, and Michelle Gray.
