Joydice "Dee Dee" Ward

June 12, 1953 - June 28, 2017

Joydice “DeeDee” Ward born June 12, 1953 went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 where she will be reunited with her father, Tillman E. Bragg, Sr. who preceded her in death in 2008.

She is survived by her loving husband and best friend James W. Ward, Jr. as well as her Mother, Winifred Bragg of Williamsport, TN, two brothers Tillman (Elizabeth) Bragg, Jr. of Chapel Hill, TN and Stanley Bragg, Sr. of Duck River, TN and one sister, Wenda Bustance of Hastings, MI.  She is also survived by her Stepson Kenneth (Elizabeth) Ward and 3 grandchildren as well as her nieces, Karen (Ken) Scott of Nicholsville, KY, Johanna White of Battle Creek, MI , Anita (Lance) McIlvain of Middleville, MI, Terra Jean Bragg of Duck River, TN, Angela  (Steven) Stooksberry of Chapel Hill, TN, Cassandra Bragg of Chapel Hill, TN and her nephews Tillman E. Bragg, III of  the Island of Curacao,  Miles (Jenni) Warren of Charlotte, MI, Cody Bustance of Charlotte, MI and Stanley Bragg, Jr. of Ionia, MI.

A celebration of life ceremony will be held at Destiny Church in Columbia, TN on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 3PM with a visitation beginning at 2PM. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Destiny Church building fund: 614 N. Main Street, Columbia, TN 38401.
