George Henry Nall

December 27, 1934 - April 21, 2017

George Henry Nall, age 82, of Paducah, KY, passed from this life to eternal life on April 21, 2017 at the home of his grandson, Henry in Hickman, KY.

George was a lifelong resident of Paducah until his recent illness sent him to live with his grandson and family in Hickman. He was born in Paducah, December 27, 1934, and was a long time member and former trustee of The Church of Jesus Christ in Paducah.  George was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from Marine Ways/James Marine as a fitter, welder, foreman and night-watchman with more than 20 years of service.

George is survived by his grandson: Henry and wife Kara of Hickman; granddaughter: Crystal Howell of Paducah; great grandchildren: Laylah Nall of Paducah, Connor O’Malley and Kael O’Malley both of Hickman, Dara Wallace and Kinnith Howell both of Paducah; several nieces and nephews; special friends: Carita “Cookie” Scott and Robin Gooding; and a host of friends and church family.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Tom Nall and Alice May Robbins Nall; first wife: Elizabeth Smith Nall; second wife: Ruby Jackson Nall; third wife: Audrey Carmen Powell Nall; son: Kinnith Nall; grandson: Danny Carrigan; daughter-in-law: RoseMary Nall; four brothers; and three sisters.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ, 4225 Old Benton Road, Paducah, KY on Sunday at 2PM with Pastor Patricia Sallee officiating. Burial with military rites will follow the service in Hillcrest Cemetery in Benton, KY. A visitation will be held on Sunday from 11AM-2PM at the church. Simply Unique Cremation & Funeral Service of Spring Hill, TN is assisting the family with arrangements.
