Debra Lee Jackson

September 6, 1956 - April 9, 2017

Debra Lee Jackson, age 60, a resident of Culleoka, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017 at her residence.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service at 3:00pm on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Wrigley Baptist Church (in the Chapel), 7585 Wrigley Road, Lyles, TN 37098.  There will also be a Graveside Ash Scattering Ceremony immediately following (Rain or Shine - Bring an Umbrella), for those who wish to attend, at Lambert Cemetery on Hassell Creek Road, Lyles, TN 37098.

Born on September 6, 1956 in Port Jervis, New York, Debra was the daughter of Ray Owings and the late Dottie West. She was of the Baptist faith and worked as an administrative assistant.

Along with her father, she is survived by her children: Jenna (John) Wilson, Tera (Jamar) Maye, and Nicholas (Jessica) Rey; sisters: Tammy Van Voorhis, Rayanne (John) Engle, and Terri Owings; grandchildren: Lauren (Josh) Meeh, Morgan Wilson (Michael Salvador), Thomas Yeargan (Rebecca Clark), Brenna Brame (Xavier Range), Noah (Linda) Brame; great grandchildren: Jude Meeh, Zaiden Yeargan, Calvin Meeh (on the way), and one more (Baby Brame/Range) on the way; as well as eight nieces.

Along with her mother, she is preceded in death by her grandson, Andrew Robert “Roo” Rey; brother in law: Timothy Van Voorhis, several aunts and uncles, and some of her dear cousins.
