John David Pellowski

Mr. John David Pellowski, age 56, husband of Nancy Pellowski and a resident of Columbia, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Maury Regional Medical Center after an extended illness.

The family will visit with friends on Wednesday, February 22nd from 4pm until 8pm at the funeral home.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

John was born November 26, 1960 in Winona, Minnesota and was the son of the late Mark and Janice Mencel Pellowski.  He worked as a security tech at Tennessee State University.  He enjoyed boating and fishing in the upper Mississippi River.  Most of all he loved grilling out and spending time with his family.

Along with his wife, John is survived by his daughters: Katelyn (Roberto) Bojorquez and Amanda (Daniel) Ray; brothers: Mark, Matthew, and Luke Pellowski; sisters: Kathy Pellowski, Karen Pellowski, Mary Tyler, and Ann Rakow; grandchildren: Tito Bojorquez, Omar Bojorquez, and Emma Ray.
