Steven R. Peterson

December 14, 1950 - February 14, 2017

Mr. Steven R. Peterson, age 66, husband of Melissa Peterson, father of Sarah Peterson, grandfather of Kaimana Dapitan and bassist extraordinaire, died at home in Columbia, TN surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 after a short illness.

He was beloved by all who knew him and will be missed terribly by his family and friends. A memorial service in his honor will be held at Heritage Funeral Home in Columbia, TN on Sunday, February 26 at 4:00 PM. Visitation will be from 2-4PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests only your presence to help them celebrate his life.

In addition to his wife, daughter, and granddaughter, he is survived by his step-sons: Sean (Kristin) Sands, Andrew Sands; and brother: Lee (Chris) Peterson.
