Mr. Bobby Eugene Kelley, Jr., age 62, a resident of Columbia, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11AM at Heritage Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Vassar and Stephen Kelley officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held on Friday from 4-8PM and again on Saturday from 9-11AM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

A native of Maury County, Bobby was born on June 29, 1954 and was the son of the late Bobby Eugene Kelley, Sr. and the late Mary (McClain) Kelley. He was a 1973 graduate of Culleoka High School where he enjoyed playing basketball. Bobby was employed with International Comfort Products for twenty-two years. He was an avid fisherman and in his younger days he enjoyed hunting. Bobby loved all kinds of sports, but was especially an Auburn football fan.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his sons: Jerimy (Misty) Kelley of Columbia, Daniel (Stephanie) Kelley of Lynnville; brothers: Ronald (Diane) Kelley of Columbia, Douglas (Patti) Kelley of Columbia, Dickey (Denise) Kelley of South Pittsburg; sisters: Karen (Dale) Tate of Columbia, Vickey (Michael) Craig of Estill Srings, Marilyn (Carl) Conner of Culleoka; grandchildren: Jacob, Ashlynn, Chris, and Blake Kelley; several nieces and nephews; and special friends: John & Linda and Teresa Princinski.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: John Dewayne Kelley.

Pallbearers will be: Jacob Kelley, Chris Kelley, Blake Kelley, Jason Pigg, Justin Pigg, Justin Davis, Cory Miller, and Dale McCord. Honorary pallbearers will include: John Princinski, Davin Kelley, and the nurses and doctors of the Critical Care Unit at Maury Regional Medical Center.
