Peggy Clark

April 17, 1950 - December 5, 2016

Peggy A. Clark, age 66, a resident of Columbia, passed away Monday morning, December 5, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service for Ms. Clark will be held at 6PM on Thursday in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Ledbetter officiating. The family will also receive friends on Thursday from 4-6PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born April 17, 1950 in Franklin, Peggy was the daughter of the late J.T. Fountain and the late Lillie Waller Fountain. She worked as a housekeeper in the motel industry. She collected hummingbird figurines and wind chimes and liked working jig-saw puzzles.

Ms. Clark is survived by her daughter: Kim Clark of Columbia; brother: Leroy Fountain of Tuscumbia, AL; grandchildren: Ashley Reyes, Courtney Arriaga, Michael Vaughn; and eight great grandchildren.
