Donald C. Hinson

Donald C. Hinson, age 83, a resident of Leoma, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2016.

The family will celebrate his life with services at a later date.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Born on September 30, 1933 in Jonesboro, Ark., son of the late Carroll and Hazel McDonald Hinson and husband of Lois Duncan Hinson, who he was married to for 63 years. Don worked as in management for Colson Corp., Maremont Gabriel and World Parts. He was of the Baptist faith and a Navy veteran of the Korean War. He loved to fish, play golf, do woodworking and deer hunt at the Old Carter Camp in Hamburg, Ark.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons: Russell Felita) Hinson of Leoma, Greg Hinson of Pulaski and Tim (Sharon) Hinson of Lynnville; brothers: Larry (Ruby) Hinson of Jonesboro and Ed (Margaret) Hinson of Pine Bluff; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
