Elsie Beatrice Webster, age 79, of Hampshire, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016 at her residence.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11AM at Heritage Funeral Home with Phillip Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 10-11AM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on October 26, 1936 in Hampshire, Elsie was the daughter of the late Dee Johnson and the late Earlie Mae Sharp Johnson. She was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed cooking and baking.

She is survived by her sons: Ezell (Vanessa) Webster, Jr. of Columbia, Freddie Webster of Hampshire; daughter: Lavern Mayberry of Hohenwald; sister: Vazole Webster of Gallatin; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; and special friend: Benjamin Sowell of Hampshire.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Ezell Webster, Sr.; and daughters: Shirley D. Webster, Sederia L. Hardison, and Marilyn Webster.

Pallbearers will be: Benjamin Sowell, Cecil Hawkins, Ulysses Sparkman, Toddy Lyles, Danny Ezell, Harry Sparkman, Richard Sparkman, and Rickie Scribner.
