Terry Lee Mangrum, age 55, a resident of Columbia, passed away Monday, October 3, 2016 at his residence.
The family will celebrate his life with services at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on December 12, 1960 in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, Terry was the son of the late Lelon Mangrum and the late Lorene Clifton Mangrum. He previously worked as a brick layer for S.S. Sperry. Terry was an avid Nascar, Tennessee Titans, and University of Tennessee football fan who especially loved his grandchildren.
He is survived by his long time companion: Tammy “Mammie” Knott of Columbia; son: Terry Dale Mangrum of Columbia; daughter: Santana Knott of Columbia; brothers: JB (Debra) Mangrum of Dickson, Danny Mangrum of Columbia; sisters: Kathy (Jerry) Becker of Columbia, Theresa (Doug) Yant of Columbia; and grandchildren: Summer and Trendon Knott, and Kailyn Hurt all of Columbia.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter: Elizabeth Mangrum; and sister: Wanda Davis.
