Mrs. Lee was born May 9, 1931 in Clifton, Tennessee and was the daughter of the late Wesley Earl Ray and the late Gnetta Gordon Ray. She was a seamstress for several different clothing manufacturers. She gave love unconditionally to all who met her, and had an unselfish and infinite love for her family. A devoted Christian and a member of Cross Bridges Baptist Church, she loved attending church and her church family, whom she missed while she was ill. She enjoyed shopping, gardening, and collecting rooster figurines. She also enjoyed keeping in touch with family and friends on facebook.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her sons: Sammy Warren and Kenneth (Analyn) Warren, Jr. both of Columbia; Daughters: Shelia Elaine (Keith) Gant of Lewisburg, Charlotte (Phil) Rector and Judith McCall, both of Columbia; ten grandchildren: Kim, John, Melanie, Angela, Jeri, Brandy, Nicki, Chad, Brittney and Heather: nineteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren; and her loving pet: Sasha.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death her husband: William “Bill” Lee and brothers: Curtis, Willie Dee and Wesley Earl Ray.

Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers will be the members of Cross Bridges Baptist Church.
