Edna Sue Schwartz

December 25, 1943 - July 23, 2016

Edna Sue Hickman Schwartz, age 72, a resident of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services for Mrs. Schwartz will be held Tuesday, July 26th at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Points officiating. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born December 25, 1943 in Maury County, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret Stewart Hickman and the wife of the late Andrew Schwartz. She worked for CPS in Franklin. Her hobbies included flower gardening, playing Bingo and reading. She loved and cherished her family.

Mrs. Schwartz is survived by her children: Carolyn Milner of Columbia, Margaret (Robert) Gardner and Susan (William) Ervin, both of Shelbyville, Rose Schwartz (Tim Goar) and Andrew Schwartz, both of Columbia and Gerri Schwartz of Mt. Pleasant; brother: Jerry Wayne “Doc” Kelly of Culleoka; 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
