Patsy Patterson McClellan, age 75, of Nolensville, passed away June 11, 2016 at her residence.

The family will be hosting an open house Celebration of Life Memorial on Sunday, August 7, 2016 from 2-4PM at Lyn/Pam Foster’s house, 1761 Jameson Drive, Franklin, TN. Heritage Funeral Home of Franklin is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on August 8, 1941 in Newport, Kentucky, Patsy was the daughter of the late Ralph Edward Patterson and the late Lola May Deshler Patterson. She was a 1959 graduate of Hillsboro High School in Nashville. She was a member of Nolensville First United Methodist Church. Patsy will be remembered for her love of family and friends. She had a unique ability to make everyone smile, laugh and feel loved. Patsy’s personality was magic. She was always the sunshine in every room she entered. Everyone who knew her will miss this.

She is survived by her husband: Joe Milton McClellan; son: Jay Inman of Old Hickory; daughters: Pamela Sue Foster of Franklin, Jill Lynn Rodgers of Panama City, FL; stepsons: Chip McClellan of Brentwood, Kenneth McClellan of Nashville; stepdaughter: Millie Franklin of Cedar Hill; brother: Tommy Lynn Patterson of Kernesville, NC; eleven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Penny Sue Krebs.

The family would like to take this time to thank Julie Yeager and Caris Healthcare for being our earthly angels. The dedication, guidance, and love you have demonstrated during this difficult time has been a blessing!
