Steven "Steve" Lawrence Hall

June 27, 1970 - June 6, 2016

Mr. Steven “Steve” Lawrence Hall, age 45, a resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away Monday, June 6, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A memorial sunset graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 6PM at Blair Cemetery in Lawrence County. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Steve was born on June 27, 1970 in Lawrence County, TN and was the son of the late Jerry Kephart and the late Patricia McGee Kephart. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and a friend to many. Worldly things he had none, but he had gifts beyond what our eyes could see. Steve had a heart larger than his body could hold. He would give you his last dollar and wish he had more to give. “A Few Dollars,” were Steve’s words. That is all he wanted and needed. This past year Steve’s body has been broken yet he fought to heal his bones and his body because he wanted to go home. Home to Steve was with his family, wherever that might be. We watched him cry in pain and beg for relief. Today we can say he is pain free and his body is no longer broken. He has gone home for the last time.

He is survived by his children: Jessica Hall, Tessa Hall, and Kaleb Hall all of Lawrenceburg; brother: Donnie Hall of Lawrenceburg; sister: Barbara (Billy) Thomas of Summertown; grandchildren: Kaizly Gobble, Takari Sowell, Jahi Sowell; and nephews: Brandon Hardy and Austin Hall.
