Ted N. Bartley

Mr. Ted Bartley, age 74, a resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 2:30PM at Mars Hill United Methodist Church with Bro. Billy Beal officiating. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on July 24, 1941 in Lawrenceburg, Ted was the son of the late L.M. Bartley and the late Aubrey Rochester Redden. He worked 42 years as a crew chief at American Airlines before retiring in 2006. He was a member of Mars Hill United Methodist Church in Lawrenceburg. In his spare time, Ted enjoyed fishing and spending time with his kids.

He is survived by his children: Kimberly Bartley of Nashville, Christopher Bartley of Lawrenceburg, Tess (Chas) Billiter of St. Marys, GA, M’Lee Bartley of Lawrenceburg, Brittany Bartley of Lawrenceburg; twin brother: Ned Bartley of Lewisburg; sister: Patricia McCarty of Nashville; and grandchildren: Zahleyah Bartley, Brilaya Bartley, and Zedikiah Staggs.
