Karen Jean Morris

Karen Jean Erdelyan Morris, 63, resident of Goodlettsville, TN, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at her home.

Born September 6, 1952 in Sarasota, FL, she was the daughter of the late John and Joyce Erdelyan and the wife of Charles Keith Morris.  She was a homemaker and mother who loved to entertain people. Her hobbies were cooking, going to yard sales and volunteering for organizations such as Salvation Army and Souls for Souls. She attended Lighthouse Assembly of God. And she worked with various church outreach programs.

A funeral service for Mrs. Morris will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the Lighthouse Assembly of God, 6141 Saundersville Rd, in Mt. Juliet, TN with Pastor Barry Kidd, Dr. Richard Worsham, and Dr. Loyd Dodd officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Nashville. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until time of service at the church. Pallbearers will be family and friends.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

In addition to her husband, she leaves to cherish her memories, her son: Kristopher (Debbie) Morris of Goodlettsville; 2 wonderful grandchildren: Triston Sweat and Jessica (Michael) Baker; and a very special great grandchild: Logan Baker.
