Born on November 17, 1949 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, Vivian was the daughter of the late Frederick Little and the late Katherine Reese Little. She was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church and was retired from General Motors. She and her husband, Ronald, married in 1978 in Detroit, MI. They started their lives with the desire to give back to the Lord. Together they began mission work in Detroit giving back to many people at prisons, nursing homes, youth homes, and homeless shelters. After moving to Tennessee, they continued serving and helping others by singing at several nursing homes and traveling overseas on mission trips to Mexico, Jamaica, and the Ukraine. Vivian was a very loving person who loved being around people. She volunteered at the senior center and with meals on wheels. Giving to others and spreading the Gospel to others was very important to her. Vivian was a cheerful person who was a wonderful encourager. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her husband, Ronald, of 37 years, she is survived by her son: Ronald Perry, Jr. of Columbia; sister: Patricia Pitts of Bloomfield Hills, MI; brothers: Frederick Little, Jr. of Sterling Heights, MI, Phillip (Claudia) Little of South Dakota; grandchild: Kadreonna Young-Perry; aunt: Annie Anderson of East Chicago, IN, cousin: Brenda Green and family of East Chicago, IN; sisters-in-law: Doris Walker, Priscilla Hogan, Rachel Perry all of Detroit, MI; and several nieces and nephews.
