John Lewis Burdett, Jr.

John Lewis Burdett, Jr., age 86, resident of Spring Hill, passed away March 15th at his residence.

A private memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2016. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

John was born May 3, 1929 in Williamson County and was the son of the late John Lewis Burdett, Sr. and the late Pearlie Ann King Burdett. He attended Jackson Heights Church of Christ and previously worked for Moorehead Tree Company as a lineman. In his spare time, John enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by his sons: Ricky Lewis Burdett and John Phillip Burdett; daughters: Darlene Stahl, Marilyn Rippatoe, Audrey Herrud, and Carol Ann Logan; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Sutton Burdett.
