Shirley Johnson

May 17, 1938 - February 26, 2016

Shirley S. Johnson, age 77, a resident of Baker Road in Columbia, passed away Friday morning, February 26, 2016 at NHC Hillview.

Born on May 17, 1938 in Mississippi, Shirley was the daughter of the late Marshall Johnson and the late Ruth Holeman Johnson. She worked as a seamstress the majority of her life.

She is survived by her son: Gary Johnson of Columbia; and sisters: Elouise (Jerry) Clark and Jane Gossage. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: Ben and Troy Johnson; and sister: Barbara Ware.
