Marcella Heisterman

October 14, 1951 - February 16, 2016

Marcella Heisterman, age 64, a resident of Nathan Drive in Columbia, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at her residence with her family by her side.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Garden of Eternity in Maury Memorial Gardens, adjacent to Heritage Funeral Home. The family will also receive friends for a visitation on Saturday from 12:00 PM until the service at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on October 14, 1951 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Marcella was the daughter of the late Benjamin & Joyce Housden, Sr. and the late Dessa Adele Willard Housden. She was married in the eyes of God to Bill Yauger. In her spare time she enjoyed bowling. Marcella had a quiet, reserved, and “homebody” personality and was loved a lot by many people.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband: Bill Yauger of Columbia; son: John Burnsworth of Laughlin, PA; daughter: Corinna Burnsworth of Wyano, PA; half-sisters: Connie, Corina, Earlene, and Dessa; grandchildren: John, Jacob, and Joshua Burnsworth, Melvin, Calvin, and Melodie Nicholson; great-grandchildren: Earl, Natasha, and Damien Lint, and Aidyn Johnson; and mother-in-law: Nicholine (Dan) Hobby of Columbia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: Benjamin Housden, Jr.; and sister: Paulette Housden.

Pallbearers will be: Carl Yauger, Marvin Yauger, Bob Yauger, Dan Hobby, Mark Capan, and Rob Capan.
