Scott West

Mr. Scott West, age 51, a resident of Columbia, passed away Friday, January 15, 2016 at St. Thomas West in Nashville.

Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on July 16, 1964 in Chicago, IL, Scott was the son of the late Howard West and the late Shirley Pollack West.

He is survived by his sister: Roberta (Mark) Deming of Chicago, IL; and nephew: Christopher West of Columbia.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister: Kathleen Simmons.
