Marjorie Ellen Goodwin Ferrier

October 28, 1955 - October 9, 2015

Marjorie Ellen Goodwin Ferrier, age 59, married to the love of her life for 35 years, Larry Ferrier, and a resident of Hampshire, TN, lost her fight with cancer on Friday, October 9, 2015 at her residence. The family will celebrate her life with services in Michigan at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born on October 28, 1955 in Port Huron, Michigan, she was the daughter of Clarence and Beverly Cowper Goodwin. She worked in the medical field as an optician and she loved helping people. Marjorie enjoyed traveling all over the world, sitting on her back porch, and watching nature. One of her other hobbies included the Classic Car Club and attending cruzin' car shows and events. She semi retired to her dream place on Ridgetop Mountain in Hampshire, Tennessee. Along with her parents and husband, Marjorie is survived by brother: John (Mary) Goodwin of Angola, IN; sister: Kim (Mark) Stencel of Croswell, MI; four nephews, three nieces; father-in-law: William Ferrier of Wildwood, FL; sister-in-law: Judy (Roger) Parr of Chase, MI and brother-in-law: Michael Ferrier of Yale, MI. She was preceded in death by her sister: Debra Jo Goodwin and mother-in-law: Eleanor Ferrier.
