Deborah Kaye Vaughn Street, age 56, a resident of Mooresville Pike in Culleoka, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 at her residence. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, October 12, 2015 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in Columbia, TN on October 1, 1959, Deborah was the daughter of the late Edward Lee Vaughn and the late Dimple Ann Stewart Hickman. She was employed with Discount Tobacco Outlet in Lewisburg for fifteen years and served as their manager for thirteen years. She enjoyed going on trips to Gatlinburg with her friend Peggy as well as riding four wheelers out on the farm. On her Sunday's off, Deborah loved cooking for her family. She was described as having a heart of gold and would help anybody any time she could. She is survived by her son: Michael (Christy Mitchell) Street of Culleoka; daughter: Miranda Davis of Culleoka; sister: Patty Holcomb of Culleoka; step-father: Whitthorne Hickman; step-brother: Danny Hickman of Culleoka; step-sister: Evonne Hickman of Culleoka; special friend: Bernie Mitchell of Cornersville; step-granddaughter: Selena Hill of Cornersville; friend: David Mitchell of Cornersville; nieces: Heather (C.T.) Gurley, Deanna (Jason) Wyeth both of Columbia; nephew: Jason Crumley of Columbia; five great-nieces; three great-nephews; close friends: Peggy (Pete) Reese and Kim Duncan; and the fathers of her children: Larry Street and Herb Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister: Lynn Crumley; and step-brother: Wilburn Hickman. Pallbearers will be: David Mitchell, Bernie Mitchell, Jason Crumley, Jason Wyeth, C.T Gurley, and Lucas Chiles. Deborah's employees at Discount Tobacco Outlet will serve as honorary pallbearers.
