Mrs. Eva Ingram, age 81, wife of Tony Ingram, and a resident of Culleoka, passed away Monday afternoon August 3, 2015 at NHC Hillview in Columbia. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Bro. Hueston Marshall officiating. An inurnment will follow the service at Friendship Cemetery in Culleoka. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born on May 11, 1934 in Maury County, Eva was the daughter of the late Homer Graves and the late Hazel Hight Mooningham. She was a dedicated member of the Church of Christ and was previously employed as a desk test technician for South Central Bell for thirty years. Eva was a humble and independent woman with a lot of dignity. She enjoyed poetry, antiques, and gardening, but her greatest pride and joy was in her children and grandchildren. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband: Tony Ingram of Culleoka; daughter: Tracie (Mike) Dickey of Columbia; daughter-in-law: Connie Scroggins Ingram of Culleoka; sister: Alice (Jim) Adkisson of Antioch; grandchildren: John Dickey of Columbia, Caroline Dickey of Chattanooga, Bailey Ingram of Murfreesboro; nephews: Steve (Lynn) Adkisson, Phil (Melissa) Adkisson; and nieces: Sherri (Mark) Black and Karen Adkisson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son: Jeffery "Bones" Ingram. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Shawn Gentry, Tammy Stokes, the staff at NHC Hillview, and the Maury Regional Medical Center 5th floor staff.
