Elisabethe L. Evans

Elisabethe Evans, age 80, a resident of Columbia, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2015 at her residence. An inurnment will be held Saturday, July 11 at 5 PM at the Maury Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Steve Christopher officiating. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in Grafenhausen, Germany, Mrs. Evans was the daughter of the late Karl Schneider and Antonia Schneider. She was a sales clerk at Hibbets Sporting Goods in Columbia. Left to cherish her memory is her Son: Bill Evans Jr. of Columbia; Daughters: Silvana Gleim of Columbia, Cathy (Jeffery) Evans-Meltzer of Franklin, and Christina Miller of Lynnville; Sister: Waltarud Smolka of Germany; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
